      For a French prostitute costume, look in women's sex and underwear shops (I don't know if you have Ann Summers over there- Google it to see what I mean). They often sell cheap basques (corset effect but cheaper than a real corset).

      Then buy some hot pants from an average high street fashion shop. Customise it all with trimmings from a fabric shop.
